Escapologist: A tactician who specializes in masterminding the escape of a third party.
We are looking for a self-motivated go-getter. Intimate working knowledge of the Indian subcontinent including India and Sri Lanka is a prerequisite. And you'll need to have a personable phone manner, fine attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
The ideal candidate will have an industry background in high end tailor-made travel and will have a strong track record in sales as well as pre and post departure administration.
Key skills
- The production, creation and conversion to sale of high quality bespoke itineraries for current and future Yonder clients. You are responsible for planning, selling and implementation of itineraries.
- Work on and follow up sales enquiries, carefully ensuring your time is efficiently spent to maximise revenue and profit.
- Ensuring the product sold and the supporting information is to the highest standard.
- Focusing at all times on meeting client needs, over delivering and fostering repeat business
- Building relationships and interacting with our clients mostly over the telephone. Meeting clients and fellow industry professionals.
- Demonstrating complete dedication to customer service (and that can include being on call 24/7 when your clients are overseas). It's your goal to ensure all clients return home having had a trip which exceeds their expectations.
